Does anyone know if it's possible to clear your rental history and hid how many people have viewed/contacted/filled out applications on Zillow? 

I love helping people and truly do enjoy my job, but I am already at a young age topped out for compensation and in this field with insurance reimbursement structure the way it is, I am likely to not move up much at all in the future unfortunately.I have always loved personal finance and after accruing ungodly amounts of student loans and navigating paying them off all while efficiently investing in the stock market as well as now real estate I have not only realized how strong my interests are in this area but also my personal skills align in financial planning and personal finance.

That translates to a NET LOSS for your 8 unit property, just because 2 people couldn't pay, or the unit sat empty, etc.  

The facebook communities are great for finding people experienced in your local market . in the search bar would just search the words real estate and your city/state

What will happen to the value of peoples assets?

I've been wanting to begin my real estate journey for quite some time now and am having trouble getting started, I'd love to meet new people on here and build relationships so that we can all learn together!

You need to enable payments online, the default setting is that people can check into your property without having to pay. 

It's been my experience that people talk a good game, but get serious alligator arms when it comes time to reach their checkbook.
