You can purchase a package of your state's leasing forms, which includes a move-in condition form, for $99 from BP. 

Occasionally during the processing of an app, questions may arise where you need to ask for some additional documentation to solidify the package, and I require that be provided within one business day, otherwise I move on to the next app.

My client's experiences working with US Embassies are mainly for lien releases, which is a single document requiring notarization so I am not informed about the particulars when it comes to a full closing package, unfortunately.
