Hi everyoneI was wondering what kind of due diligences I need to do has a Canadian if I would like to buy a piece of land in Florida.What is the legal process?

With metal work or trim work, $400 sounds pretty reasonable, assuming your using a good window and not a piece of garbage single pane. 

I am looking for a recommendation for a durable 1 piece shower with tub units that will last a long time and not crack/leak.

There were a 5-6 pieces of solid wood furniture that may have brought in a couple of hundred dollars each, but we didn't have time for that, as we are in the flipping business-  not the resale furniture business.

Bought trailer house for take over payments, after I finished junior college I sold trailer and me and my wife moved to the university town where I bought a piece of land on contract for deed at 10% interest, a trailer house at 18% interest, and paid a guy to drill a well and put in septic. 

This might be a dumb question but how do you find who the BPO agent is for this particular piece of property?

I have 2 PA LLCs which each hold about 8 units a piece.

To take your advice, my plan, while I'm sure it's going to take at least 6 months to get a deal at this rate in this market, is to mail out at least 100 pieces a month in my county to people who still owe taxes from last year's tax sale list (until this year's becomes available).
