There is nothing that happens after 8pm that can't wait until 6am the next morning. this allows me to spend some uniterupted time with my family, and relieves a lot of stress in of itself.

This morning, I eagerly awaited my team's call so I could finalize my deal on the property I have in contract.

I'll be flying out Sunday mid-afternoon and have all Sunday morning and some of early Sunday afternoon to meet up and discuss opportunities further. 

It's only one state away, which makes it a 2 hour flight instead of 6 hours to Florida.
