Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the CFPB will be allowed to continue operating as an agency and perform its duties as it has been, but that it will be an executive agency similar to other executive agencies such as the Department of Justice and Department of Treasury that are headed by a single person.

There are lenders that will refinance a mobile home so you might be able to pull some equity out of it but being completely honest with you it makes no sense to get a loan that way when you can just liquidate it and not owe anything.

To make matters worse even though it’s 5 acres, the “house” is actually a mobile home that has a rocked in base/skirt.Anyway the owners told us that they’d be glad to sell it for only what they owed, approx. $55k.
