SHAME ON PAYPAL, I have been completely scammed and manipulated by a company called Fix and Flip Hub (Marty Boardman) I was told I was getting a hands on learning along with videos to watch for Real Estate investing, after paying $4997.00 for this crap I got a login to a web page that had tons of videos and I explained to them before purchasing that I did not want to learn only by watching videos.

If you're doing this yourself, be sure to figure out how much they are (check the county assessors web site) and when they're due and be sure to budget for it.Most of the other fees are fairly small, but they can still add up to a few hundred or maybe $1000.  

As you build up a list of brokers in the area, go to their web sites, look at the properties they have listed and sign up for their mailing lists. 

Nationally, it will show up online and in print in over 500 of the most used real estate focused websites and magazines.  

So while I'm not the pro at this, I'll give it a whirl.VRBO arguably has a better web experience and has generally more of the higher end listings.
