SHAME ON PAYPAL, I have been completely scammed and manipulated by a company called Fix and Flip Hub (Marty Boardman) I was told I was getting a hands on learning along with videos to watch for Real Estate investing, after paying $4997.00 for this crap I got a login to a web page that had tons of videos and I explained to them before purchasing that I did not want to learn only by watching videos.

If you're doing this yourself, be sure to figure out how much they are (check the county assessors web site) and when they're due and be sure to budget for it.Most of the other fees are fairly small, but they can still add up to a few hundred or maybe $1000.

They have a list on their web page and they also email out listings of pre-foreclosed & land etc. before they are listed on the market.
