Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I'm in Philly burbs and looking to network through some real estate meetups or groups.   

(total approx 200k)We cannot find anyone to loan us money (ok we tried like 2 places)---I just never thought this would be so difficult because we own a house outright & we are still getting turned down because of 2 late mortgage payments when my husband was injured & out of work for 5 months last year.We both work and made enough money on our first flip to buy the 350k house outright.I am a real estate agent & our area is very rural. 

I currently live in Southern California but am looking to dip my toes into real estate investing via purchasing a rental investment property in Kansas City (I have roots there, visit fairly often, have real estate connections there, etc.).

Considering attending some local real estate meet ups so you can make some connections.

I would highly recommend interviewing local real estate agents in the area that also show expertise in STRs.  

hi just read the book and here to foster some partnerships in development (land to turn key) and short term airbnb rental scaling. i own a few pcs of real estate and rentals and was previously a licensed agent in CA, nice to meet you all

You mention you have no experience in these types of parks and your first deal you want to take down 100.When I was working for a GC we did a condo project for a developer who never developed a building before and he sold his company (it company) and used the entire amount to develop real estate.He ended going bankrupt because his inexperience with his experience and his designers and every mistake they made was multiplied by 150 since that is how many units there were.
