I would suggest linking up with a NOLA RE agent or someone who knows NOLA as it can be very neighborhood-specific in terms of home values/quality, probably more so than most other cities.

Often when I'm dealing with properties in this price range, I'm advertising it in Christies international real estate magazine.

I read the link info @Brian Gibbons but could not find myself anywhere in there as someone who sits down with a seller and signs a contract to eventually be able to sell their property to an end buyer.Were you saying that what we do is mentioned in there as being legal?
