I have been trying to schedule a recap meeting, and give the team a chance to explain and hopefully make things right, but it’s like pulling teeth trying to schedule any appointments with James(sales rep) and Michael.We had requested to speak with Michael numerous times, or have him review our program, to hopefully provide a bit of reassurance- as we did drop ~$20,000 hard-earned dollars into the program, but we are still waiting-not holding our breath.To boot, we have numerous charges that hit our account post-contract.

In fact you will get  a rep for not knowing what you are doing because if you did you wouldn't be presenting such properties to people.

I haven't done this yet, but I am considering instituting skip tracing at the 16-month mark to reach the personal rep directly.Additionally, we don't mail to properties with the personal rep living in the property.

We settled on Michael Quarles program and arranged a phone conference with one of his reps to get the particulars and decide between the Gold or Platinum.After an hour and 20 minute phone discussion, we decided to go with the Platinum Program which is $5000.

Yes, I think Ashcroft/Joe  F. have such deal flow (off-market and such) and such a good rep. that you just can't buy that kind of thing.
