I’ll be moving with my friend from Chicago and I played hockey with a few friends from the Denver / Boulder areas as well.

Also yes, grandmas and grandpas are the biggest growing demographic on facebook as well as your ideal seller on this platform. 

I've been playing fantasy league real estate investing as a way of understanding a market that I may enter soon. 

Ideally, I need a GC willing to come out and give me realistic numbers who also offers financing and would be able to start work within a couple of months  I would also welcome any advice or suggestions on this unusual property.
