Everyone will just browse houses online and schedule viewings online either with discount agents or directly with seller agents.Sellers agents are here to stay because selling a house has a lot of esoteric paperwork, health and safety codes, staging, open house, etc.

I would think the sex offender would get sued along with the state for releasing him.I have a rental house where there's a methadone clinic down the street.
