I think this works in cash deals to investors I would think with those trying to sell with mortgages .. there could be issues in multiple deeds being recorded back to back.. but again I don't know its not my day job...

If you've done a cash-out refinance this year, what did you use the money for—home improvements, paying off debt, or something else?

We thought it’d be a good idea to attend a free meetup in the area while we were there.

And even after going through their video training (which was not worth the $1000 I spent btw, I could have found all the same information for free on here or a number of different places) it seemed really fishy/scammy to me.

I'm working on a live and flip right now and besides living in dust and having to take it slow due to cash constraints haven't had any major challenges yet!

Hey Connor the way I look at it is depending on what your plan is with the property, if you plan to keep it for the long term and the numbers work (Cash flow, equity, Appreciation etc) then negotiate a price you are comfortable with and go for it.

Not sure what the condo market is like there.....but in DC I csnt give away a condo for free right now.
