The tenants renewed for a 6 month period through the fall and just renewed for another a 1 year term beginning in January.

Youd use them if you like having a high rate, high fees, bad service, and having the deal fall apart at the last minute.....or even not getting that far because no good agent will accept an offer from them.

They are falling through the cracks and there is very little help for them to move forward with housing.
