Hey all,Ā I know a lot of you solve this issue by offering discounts to tenants who handle garbage duties, (Separating recycling from garbage, pulling bags to the curb, sweeping out front etc.)But for those of you who don't take that route b/c you don't want to mix with your tenants in that way or b/c you handle it on your own.
