Hello BP,I purchased my first investment property in Brantford, ON.It is a legal duplex, a 3 story detached house.

However, my long term goal is to acquire more passive income, namely, SFR and Duplexes, eventually with the end goal of owning complexes (and then passing Go and collecting $200).

My comments are re: a normal house, condo, 2-4 unit.Appraiser is providing an unbiased opinion or estimate of market value for their client, usually the bank.

This deal would be for a total of six duplex (12 doors total) with each unit having 2 beds, 1 bath, 1 "office" in the basement (aka bed with non-compliant egress).
