Hi Everyone, first time poster here and my guess is, you can tell why by the topic of this discussion.My longtime tenants, computer engineers, who have stellar credit and no criminal background, were apparently arrested for drug charges.

We were originally going to put our PB duplex on the market next spring but with the new SVR restrictions set to take place next July (barring court challenges and delays) we don't want to be on the market if/when a ton of investors start dumping their multifamily properties, so we'll be testing the waters and possibly listing it in October or November.We shall see.

It simply means the owner will take the price listed.Real investors offer properties sometimes to test the market.In many areas the offers being sent by the original poster would be considered low ball and even rude.
