So when the investment came back to me, I put the money elsewhere and didn't pay down the line, because I would then not have been able to draw against it again.I have perfect credit so that wasn't the reason.

Make sure on the insects that there is not a hive inside of the property or exterior walls.I watched a rehab episode where they incurred about a 5,000 expense to get rid of the problem.The bee keeper had to come out to remove the bees and then the whole wall had to be taken out and the studs replaced.The reason is if you leave the studs with the bee coating then it draws more bees back to where the nest used to be.
