Butts wind up down the kitchen drain, and sometimes window sills are used as ashtrays. 

If the hookups are done with metal braided hoses the chance for a leak at that point  is very unlikely.If you use a Washing Machine Pan hooked up to a drain under the the WD, even if the machine leaks or over fills, the water will not be a problem and not flood the unit. 

That's now three valuable days of marketing time down the drain.

Also, I used to run the Skype app on my iPhone 4S and it really drained my battery towards the end of the day, so that's a concern too.  

Quit dumping money down the drain and become a home owner. 

The condensate drain line had a break in it and was leaking into the kitchen through the return air vent coming from the attic.

Every time it rains hard the water does not drain properly into the two drains off my porch and my porch disappears under water, then the water starts coming in under the sliding door.
