- dog poop all over the place (trashing ?)

I had a similar situation where a prospective tenant asked about a fence for their dog.

You finish up at Midnight and still have to run through reports for showings, appraisals. move 2 lockboxes, update listings in the MLS, create flyers for an Open house as well as print out PCD's, sign in sheets and figure out where to put their dog during the showing.

Every time someone tells me that they have several service dogs .....yeah, right, you paid thousands of $ to get 3 individual dogs trained on particular tasks, but you are living paycheck to paycheck and the dogs stay home during the day?

With everybody and their dog being a syndicator looking for opportunities,  ya never know.

Short-sale and owner had dog, kept in garage - reeks to high heaven.

Let someone else chase that dog. 

Or you can just bird dog for others by talking to everyone who you come in contact with and see if something happens..

Meaning, when they write saying, for example, "I have a 2.5x income, can I still apply" or "I have a dog, can I still apply?"

Be a bird dog and find the deals for other apartment buyers.
