short and sweet the Springfield area is just too close to high crime areas imo and it is a hit or miss from one street to the next. 1 Street will be nice and the next will be dangerous and ran down.I have lived here since 2004 and it has been “up and coming” since then.

Account ClosedI'm certainly not an expert on this subject yet, but as I understand it there is a significant distinction between raising money from friends and family (or other people with whom you have an established relationship) versus soliciting individuals (or business entities, I suppose) with whom you have no connection.

Usually these new agents get with a virtual brokerage or otherwise who for a low monthly fee and per transaction fee let them hold their license there.Tons of liability for the principal broker as being licensed makes them dangerous and no experience in doing deals.

Once you start making "assumptions" two are single women and might have sleepovers making it 4 living there, or that the 3 firefighters won't have anyone sleeping over (why is that - it's their personal residence, not the fire station)  you're in very dangerous territory.
