As I drove my husband to see it the first time we passed all the boarded up 4 plexes that had just been raided by the local police department for tenants dealing drugs out of them, I think a tear came out of my husband's eye.

First if you know anyone on the local fire department have someone trained in fire cause and origin look at the scene or look at pictures to possibly give an opinion as to the probable cause of the fire.

Another bit of extortion there.Law suits are pretty common when an agent/broker leaves one brokerage and starts another, generally the personal business generated by the departing agent goes with them, other prospects gained while there by that agent go as well, what stays are those customers of the brokerage not accomplished by that departing agent.
