@Mariela De Leon it may be a good idea to rent for 1 year and really get to know the areas well before buying something.

For example a select few states, only 12, allow Series LLC's such as (Delaware, Nevada, Texas).

@Mariela De Leon You will have minimal luck on the MLS.
