Steve Rozenberg Oil Prices Dropping!!!!!
30 December 2015 | 30 replies
I don't have links for you but I like to think I'm a primary source here.Oil prices are dropping because no one wants (read Saudi Arabia) to hold back production for the rest of the world to do well so we are in a dangerous game of chicken that will at best end with someone flinching but at worst end with bankrupt governments or shuttering of several O&G companies if we sustain low oil prices for more than 1 year.

Padma Mody Tenant called the Police
6 January 2015 | 50 replies
What Padma is asking is what should he (I'm assuming this is a he) do now that the police were called.I'd suggest...nothing regarding this call.It was explained why they were checking on their property.Since it was the housing authority that terminated the contract (and again, I'm assuming it was terminated to end December 31st), I would contact them tomorrow to let them know that the tenant had not returned the keys or moved out as of January 1st and is now considered a "holdover" tenant because of this. This caseworker assigned to this tenant is very likely going to point out to them they are in danger of losing their voucher over their failure to vacate the property by the required deadline (if there was such a deadline).

Agreed, while past and future dates are rare, they can be done and as I said "as of that date" meaning the date on which the value is determined, so we are still saying the same thing. In you post above that to the OP, let's not make an implication that seller financing enhances a property value, because not only does it not, it is a dangerous activity to engage in preditory lending practices, but I believe I know what you mean, but others may not.
Mike McGuire Shared Driveway - Right of Way Agreement

Tearing down a property usually requires a permit and inspection for dangerous materials (lead, asbestos) and could increase costs of demo. You might see who is going to take the property, if it's a local bank you might pick up the note by assuming it, (they would just make a new loan for the amount owed and do a sale between you and the neighbor).
