That's what I would do in this situation given the nice low interest rate.

Hi Guys, as subject mentions i'm interested in trying to find a private lender that can offer low rates for higher LTV on primary residence property.  

I currently have a WA LLC, with myself being the owner and manager.

I don't believe they currently have facial recognition, but that doesn't really help you unless the same person keeps breaking in.Attached is a picture from right now looking at some of our cameras.

Given the low price point I would be hesitant on keeping the property depending on the quality of the area...Keep the best, flip the rest.If its a solid location, I'd consider keeping.
