I also suggested that they reserve one or two of the round tables at the lunches for us BP folks to sit together and they are all in for this as wellSo...........if you plan to attend, please post here so we can gather a head count for badges and lunch.

An adult counts as 2 pts and a child 0-18 counts as 1 point.

We started one year ago and end 2018 with a duplex purchase to bring our total unit count to 7!

I wouldn't count on the proforma to provide you with realistic data.

You WILL have this sort of thing (or worse) happen and if you count on getting the rent on time every month you're going to get hurt.Here an eviction is a matter of weeks. 

The 50% rule says that overtime, on average, each month the income that comes in, 50% will go out the door in expenses, not counting the mortgage.

Some write offs will count against your income.
