I discovered syndications, fell in love with them, didn't know much about how to do due diligence on syndications, spent a year or so figuring that out, and still very much love syndications.  

It was through the use of these systems that I discovered the biggest issue to date that we have had to deal with.

I like Discover personally, but there are other good ones as well.
