(Whatever number they tell you add two to that,....because the tenant will also have a boyfriend/girlfriend and that person will probably have at least 1 child......If you have a 3bd/1ba and they tell you they have 3 kids....that means 6 people living where there's 1 bathroom)Do you have any felonies in the last 5 years?
