Would rent to a couple that had a child, which would also be 3 people?

I rented to an elderly couple and their child.

If you have kids under 18 then you can also get $500 per child Account Closed If they were married and got less than 1200 then they probably made more than 150k but less than 200k

I did finally however convince her to buy our first rental about 5 years later even after having our first child and believe it or not she is the one who found the house.  

I am slightly concerned about the age of the house and what lies under all the sheet rock (possibly cast iron plumbing, old electrical, etc...) and don't want to be held responsible for someones child dying due to my neglect of DD and the house burning down.

I actually have a disabled child with Autism who has a service animal that is Medical alert trained seizure response that was professionally trained over 3 years.

This is so interesting to me  Go to jail for rape, battery, child abuse....come home to housing benefits if you're eligible.  

As well there are alot of church preachy sermons and a a good part of one class with her son bragging about his expensive cars, flying in a copter to a cliff to propose to his wife, photo's of their wedding, their child, son pumping his wife's artwork, etc.  

No child support or alimony.
