Looking for suggestions on a keyless ( code ) lock for air BnB.

It’s kind of rarefied air and we don’t really know anyone doing this.

At that point you'd probably just want to budget upgrading to forced air and an AC unit.

Thinking about a condo to use personally and air bnb in the greater phoenix area.

I would also like a 30 day notice before the tenant vacates and that doesn't seem to be something I can set up on AIR BNB. 

The builder with the lot said that it is part of the lot and they (local utility company) simply has a right of passage.  

Cheap and easy to put in your air handler plus it prevents mold around your supply vents.
