Louis area, I have worked with a number of "wholesalers" who have asked me for info on properties they were taking under consideration.I'd ask you guys to ask BP Member Ryan Dossey if he feels a real estate agent can provide better insight into a property than your own internet Google Search. 

My search for information on the internet has brought me to this website.  

Are you an expert on adding fiber optic to a land lease community to increase profits through controlling ground line telephone networks, security systems, cable TV, internet access, et al?

My questions are first what are the best states overall that seems to give back the best cash flow and overall deal, how can I find these properties/ internet look up once I've figured out witch states to consider, and what other paths should I take to make sure I find a great opportunity??

Additionally, I would try not to internet stalk people beyond what you know is appropriate.

It is not difficult forming or getting buyers lists by yourself, you have to start your search on the internet by searching "Real Estate Cash Buyers in Atlanta, GA."

My difficulty with trolling the internet is that there are a ton of wholesalers, but those turn-key investors are hard to come by. 

My affiliation with this group is as a member and my personal belief is the education is worth hundreds times the admission price.
