I get those into a location where a tenant could cut them off quickly.I too have space heaters available and I have taken those over to the tenants when there was a problem.Some problems can't be fixed instantly, no matter what we want.

For example, if there is a bunch of student loan charge-offs and some older credit card and/or store card problems, that will effect my judgement of those applicants somewhat differently than payday loans or rent-to-own problems.
