We're waiting for the statistics but, with all the supply coming up, the market can ill-afford any drop in demand in my opinion.There are other locations in Mexico that have been in almost uninterrupted growth for decades as that growth was build on substance with supply following demand and not the other way around and that's still continuing.

Personally I already graduated college and Ill never go back for a class.

If that tenant had any ill or litigious intentions towards us the Trust would make it difficult.    

Ill suggest try to take over at least for a month or 2 and until you get a feel for the ins  and out of the property / then find a good property manager or stablish better expectation for the current one...
