Purchase price: $535,000 Cash invested: $80,000 Property located in Silver Spring, area with strong demand for renovated homes.

W2 income is stable, predictable and as the statistics show, likely much higher than someone will ever earn going in on RE full time.

All was going well for a few months but I ran into an issue. 

Will this cash out has any tax implication on the 1031 exchange already completed?

There are 4 to 5 houses on this private drive way which is paved like a street but is not maintained by the city and most if not all of these houses belong to family members in the estate.I have to concerns about buying this property and please fill me in on your thoughts and opinions.  1.

Interesting in hearing feedback and pricing comparables to an off market potential deal where I have met the owner who is willing to sell his 3 units building (SFH with 2/2 and behind it an ADU with 2 other 1bed units and 2 car garage).

You can't even change a lightbulb.You or your family can't use or live in the property.

You should require the first month's rent paid in full before handing them the keys.Start the eviction process.
