I wrote my state legislators about it late last week but unfortunately mine are co-sponsoring the bill so I don't think they will change their minds. 

Rates decoupled from the normal co-correlates weeks ago.

Hey @Trenton Zimmerman,I am predominantly a buy-and-hold investor here in Colorado Springs but use fix and flip strategies to complete BRRRR like deals.

We are about 1/2 way through the renovation and while this is the 3rd home I have purchased for renovation I am always learning more...and more...and more:#1 - I recently moved back from Colorado and had lost many connections of contractors that I had before I left. 

We are getting our financing sorted so we can invest in some new rental properties, and have a duplex in Denver that has a ton of equity in it.

Children are in their 20s so have been dealing with the typical co-signing for leases.

My question is, is it possible, and how long would it take to remove him from the loan application and add a different co-signer?
