IMHO an eviction is not a DIY project, at least for the first one.

Asbestos removal isn't that big of a cost... call around and get some quotes so that's all done when they take the furnaces out.. asbestos guys removed our furnace and the asbestos all in one day,, and the furnace guy came out prior and marked where he wanted the pipes cut so install would go smoothly.Personally if the furnaces are working, not leaking, I would leave them and replace as needed. the pipes are wrapped now and shouldn't be a issue.

It could go like internet infrastructures in that the gov't regulates the privately-installed infrastructure very loosely, but has't put in place its own internet infrastructure (analogous to the gov't starting USD-B in my earlier post).

The sod currently looks a little better than in these pictures, the shower glass and refrigerator have been installed, too.

-plates don't seem installed correctly, some of them are not aligned to the outlet.

Build them into your numbers and try to improve your own DIY skills if you enjoy that sort of thing but otherwise you'll want to develop a list of reliable contractors that you trust.
