Close to nicer neighborhoods, about 10 min away from shopping/retail businesses and a small lake.- this neighborhood is full of row houses that all look pretty much the same, this is a nicer upgraded one but surrounded by similar houses without those upgrades.\- FINANCING STRATEGY: list price is $90k, I will be opening up a HELOC on primary residence to get the $18k for the down payment and then hopefully a traditional mortgage for the other 80%

I was driving around a bad neighborhood during a trip and thought about the businesses that are generally only in bad neighborhoods(pawn shop, money tree type business, ect.) and businesses that are generally in middle class neighborhoods(panera bread, lululemon, coffee bean/higher end coffee shops, ect.)

Not just because of the tacked on fee, but also because they are not price shopping like you would.And then, I would also make sure you are reserving adequately for repairs, capex items not hit in rehab, and about 4% vacancy, which assumes one month every other year.

As I see it I have a few options: Remove the shed from my coverage, shop for other homeowners insurance hoping they won't make the same demands, or comply and spend thousands of dollars in repairs as requested.Anything helps!

So I took it up on my self to call and have the electric put in my name cause I knew what he meant by shouting **** down around here..So we went all weekend thinking since the guy came Friday and talked with him and he knew what was going on and he knew cause this was his 3rd time to deal with norma and will roberts that he wasn't turning it off cause there wasn't no bang out here they were going to be working . they were just trying to force us out and make us leave and leave hafe of ourvstuff here cause he had already had the locks changed on the shop were all our tools were and our other things that we had stored in there.but in oklahoma I did know what I could do about any of this cause now ive came home to a generator running my house to keep lights going anf my freg amd things and ive got the shitvthatvthe hole world is scared of.so I'm corninten to this place for at least 3 weeks the earliest . and I'm not wantingvtobhere this noisy thing that long.
