Go to meet ups and meet other wholesalers, lenders, contractors, etc

I sold one of mine last year to a gentleman from out of state who needed to do a 10:31 exchange, and he ended up just moving his son into the place I would recommend advertising on local and even out of state Facebook groups.

Depending on the strategy you end up going with will probably dictate what property manager makes the most sense as they all have their different niches they excel at.

Im saving up for at least 20% down.

I currently don't have an LLC for the real estate side and was thinking it would be easier to just start doing business under the LLC that I set up for Turo, instead of going through all the paperwork of setting up another one.Thoughts?

The biggest challenge I have right now is choosing a company to set up the homes they are all so expensive.

This is going to mean more homes closing faster and more closing means more comparable sales to trigger a rise in homes prices.

You can probably get a construction loan to build on it, but just to buy without an immediate building plan on just to speculate that land prices will go up, unlikely, as there's no income stream. 

I pull up all units tax links on GIS, but no data attached.
