I managed my STR in Santa Rosa for 2 years until covid hit, and I had a great cleaning lady helping me out.

this ladies house has been vacant. she is sick and old and lives in a condo but owns a house in my neighborhood.how do i find her address?

How can I handle this lady.

That could potentially be income from September to the end of January if you catch Archery Season for deer, and then finish out with bird hunters through January....I've seen a lady do this successfully in Scott City where I hunt a lot - she took an old run down hotel built in the early 1900's on main st - put a restaurant in downstairs, then slowly one by one remodeled the old rooms and turned them into furnished apts -- luckily for her she started doing this at the start of the oil boom we just had, and it coincided with a couple wind farm projects going on around there.  

I had contacted a lady in town about taking her RE course, and I know it would be very beneficial to know the basics of RE.  

I will be individually metering these ( water) as current tenants when they get pissed just let the water run.. this was also owned my the family that started it.. the lady is elderly and totally burnt out.. by the time I come into the picture its a run down Piece of garbage.. but its got income... 1 house 3 apartments 14 spaces brining in about 5k a month.

Lady just walks through and checks smoke detectors for the most part.

One was to tell me that I'm doing everything wrong.I did receive a call from a lady going through a divorce and one of her properties has her husband on title (makes things difficult) and the other is a one bedroom condo in the Channel Islands harbor (hard to sell).Important thing is to not give up.
