then in the 50s 60 70s  you had land sales men  ( Glen Garry Glen Ross movie) and then you had metal siding salesmen  ( pushing tin)I grew up with a Dad that was a land sales men in the 60s and the movie dead on accurate of how the business was done.Then it morphed to timeshare sales or as its affectingly know Crime share..

So in reality your target market is TINY . hard to penetrate and the dollar amounts are very small so very limited income potential. 

Just as you don't alleviate the drought by placing rules on single family homeowners during the drought which account for a tiny fraction of the state's water usage.That all said, from an investor/developer standpoint, getting your hands on lots that can be rezoned could produce windfall profits for you if done right.

Why recommend against a lower offer when it delays the agent's payment and only adds a tiny bit to their bottom line?
