They don't need to go get a big tree, they don't have to find a place to store all the useless crap the kids don't really need or want and they aren't hosting the family at their place, they are just going to go over and get a free meal

And from this, 2 called to tell me not to put signs on their property or in front of it and 1 call from a woman in Santee saying she reported me to the city for putting a sign on her street and how she wants me to be heavily fined and punished.The stupid thing is that the location she's talking about is a large empty dirt lot with no houses or anything on it but a few wildly growing trees and bushes.

For business properties, insurance is higher, taxes may be higher, financing will be higher rates and less attractive terms, if you have any issue, you can't represent the company in court you need an attorney, like if the neighbor's tree falls on your house.

The first set of renters never cut the grass and let the bushes/trees grow through my fence, which I paid to have replaced(not due to the growth recently).When I mentioned the problems to the neighbor he said "ok, we'll just get a lawn service to call me".They have moved out a week ago and now others are starting to view the property.

I have had my eye on a property for a few months .. noticed it was all over grown and not being lived in .. so as I was sending letters to the owner hoping to get their attention , i just looked at it everytime i drove by .. one day not to long ago .. bam .. i saw a van parked there and someone was mowing the lawn and the trees were cut and being cleaned up ..
