There are also soft metal tags that can be stamped similarly to what Jon presented in a link above.The problem with the solution given by Jim S is that he has now publicly disclosed the info; any of his buyers can go visit another property he has flipped (also a matter of public record at the county recorder's office) and use the key they received when they bought from him ...

There is no way to answer that question without knowing what the lumber compaines in that area are paying for their lumber and the kind of lumber on the properties, such as pine, oak, or other such hard and soft wood.Some will charge to come clear your land for you if they are not selling the lumber already in stock since cut trees deteriate at a much faster rate than processed wood would.Then you also have to find out if lumbering is allowed in that area.

Other than building a brick wall with thorn brushes etc around your property (semi-imprisoning your tenant) and keeping incident records as you / your tenant and the other neighbors call the spca, i'm not certained.
