One piece of advice from someone who really doesn't have the experience to give it, but here it is anyway: if you're looking to capitalize on the historic aspect, try asking historical societies in the area.

Its certainly been stressful getting to this point but I look forward to completing and doing many more.

Keep in mind that this 4 step process I outlined takes time (anywhere from 1 to 10yrs depending on the person) so keep the big picture in mind but don't let it stress you out too much.

I am listening to all BP Podcasts and every time guests and hosts stress out how you should tell everyone that you are a REI.

Technology's impact will not be an immediate end of jobs, but an increasing stress on wages and work environment.  

I would think it's okay for you to stress your wanting these homes sold before the end of the year without having to offer them anything extra.
