I own the property in an LLC which is proving to be a hindrance for the banks.

I have taken great strides in improving my credit recently, and have also looked into what it will cost to start up a LLC.

Since, I intend invest full-time and run my investments as a business, would it be best to form LLC prior to investing?

I found out the hard way that here in CT I am getting shafted having the house in an LLC.

I have everything in an LLC  and set up to revert to kids if any thing happens.

Title held in the name of my LLC, which I'm the sold member of. 

You can't transfer it into an LLC because of the "due on sale" clause in mortgages which the banks are enforcing these days, which will make you pay off the mortgage within 30 days or transfer it back into your own name.

My question is WHEN do I form that LLC. 

My LLC, which is a separate business from anything real estate related, consistently makes about $3,500 a week in profit, but as the sole member and owner of my LLC I am on the payroll at $1,200 a week.
