@Michael Willis I placed a billboard on a commercial property which seat on corner site.The rules are different from Citi to city, usually if you want to place a large billboard that will advertise a business which is NOT ocuping in the building you will need a special consent from the city.

Here's the scoop:The house has been a rental for @ 6 years with decent income; clearing @ $6k + annually; no mortgage; current market value @ $160kI have probably broken even at this point with initial cost and all (many many) upgrades; have no idea what the tax situation will be if I sell; would not be able to use 2 year personal residence - no cap gains rule.

When Homeaway began to restrict the ability for owners to see the guest's email address or telephone number I was worried that because I could not talk to the guest when they initially inquired (as was my procedure) I would end up having to cancel bookings because the guest might not meet my requirements (age, number in party, non-smoker, no parties, etc.)
