I think you can try to dispute through the credit agency and the party with the negative entry has I think 30 days to respond or you can request it be removed.Honestly though probably your best bet is just give it time.

I ask them what they truly want for the property, and then they will respond with a fair number because your asking them what they honestly want for the property (which makes people drop their haggling), then I would say "down to" and let them finish the sentence.
