With holidays quickly approaching….this could push closing into the end of November…possibly first of December.

Lenders have been getting more relaxed with who they lend to and requirements needed.

I work out of country and am in the US for only about 30 days throughout the year and that is either for holidays or for work trips.How much of the financing and closing will be possible from abroad?

And let's not forget that the owner-financing borrower is almost always unable to obtain conventional financing, so in order to make them a loan, you (by definition) are having to relax underwriting standards relative to generally recognized guidelines.

Like lunchbreaks, after work, late nights, weekends, holidays.
