I've not seen much of anything from wholesalers worth buying-- in fact many times they are promoting properties that failed to sell on the MLS and asking more than the former listing price.

@Lior GolanI am not recommending anything as first I am neither an attorney nor CPA, and second I am not privy to all the specifics of your situation.What I am stating is if your LLC is a single member LLC that is disregarded for tax purpose, your LLC has no federal tax return to file as it will be entered on your own personal tax return.Now in some state you may have some state filing requirements.I would suggest that you get in touch with a CPA and a lawyer to put in your team.

My approach is plan for the worst and hope for the best.Is this the wake up call for most of America that living a consumerist lifestyle is not sustainable and that they need to serious change the way they manage money (or lack their of).They don't use budgets, they think promotions and raises is the answer to finally have a little extra money.
