Basically, everything will be new with the exception of some Sheetrock walls that I was able to salvage.I’m really looking forward to the finished product and placing my first tenant!

Should I get a HELOC, VA rehab loan, or any other financial products that others have experienced with? 

Will it look better to seller/buyer as a individual REI or a REI company?

I'm in NJ and made it a goal to call every local bank that's headquartered here in NJ and see what types of products they can offer to me as a real estate investor.  

I receive GREAT knowledge & motivation.

I believe it gets people to understand the thought process that motivate RE investors.

I have received much interest, and decided to just have an open house for a few hours to show the place to prospective tenants and collect applications, rather than trying to meet with individuals one by one (so I'm not driving across town everyday for a showing and dealing with people who are no longer interested, not qualified, or don't show up at all).

This is also product and market-driven so there is no "one size fits all" way of doing it.
