For instance, you could face major legal issues if you accidentally (ignorance is poor defense, especially in the Peoples Republic of Illinois) charge a tenant more than what you were charged plus the state allowed fee.  

Luckily, I work for a great company who values it's employees, however, I still don't feel fulfilled and I feel tied down and not free to make my own decisions.  

So helpful and really makes me feel good about my decision to sell.

I started with Rich Dad, Poor Dad and have since been devouring material left and right.

The owner's memory is poor so he'd need to have a family member or spokesperson for himself.

When you have someone who is motivated by the "D's" in life you have the makings for a wonderful deal for you (Drugs, death, disease, DUI, divorce, dumb decisions)You definitely don't want him to just give you a quit claim deed for various reasons but my guess is he'll sign any type deed to get the money  and be out.

Relationships, poor habits, stuck in a rut or just trying to sort out life, I help people make changes in their life.

If you choose poorly, you will end up divorced and broke. 

Of course location plays into the decision.

I'm aware that "re-training" (as @Brandon Turner would say) will be part of the work involved in getting this property churning at full efficiency, however I think I have more important decisions to make (see below).
