Again, be creative here.I can't even count the number of times I have been contacted by "wholesalers" who have asked me a million questions about my "buying criteria", can I pay cash, etc, only to never hear from them again after I've spent valuable time with them describing exactly the type of deal I'm looking for.If I had somebody call me that had actually done research before contacting me and already knew the areas/price points/type of property that I buy, and actually had a deal for me to look at - I would faint from shock
